• Delivery is carried out only in Sri Lanka
• Delivery for orders placed in Colombo will take 3-5 days. However we try our best to deliver your items soonest. If the package needs to be express delivered, please contact 0772981869. 
• Delivery for all orders placed out of Colombo (1-15) area will take between  3 to 5  working days from the date of order placement.
• Orders placed on Saturday after 12 noon will be processed on Monday
• Order deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays.
• Orders placed on Sunday, public & announced holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
• Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery time if it is a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.

However, occasionally, due to technical updates to our systems or events such as extreme weather conditions or others, under which our delivery agent services aren’t available or busy seasons, the delivery time might need to be extended and deliveries may take a little longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. FLABULOUS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
